Measure the circumference of your leg 10cm directly above your kneecap while standing. Use a soft measuring tape. If you're between sizes, size up — a tighter sleeve provides more compression and support.

How to measure: Stand upright with your leg straight. Place the measuring tape around your leg 10cm (about 4 inches) above the center of your kneecap. Pull snug but not tight. Record in centimeters. If the measurement falls on the boundary, size up for maximum compression or size down for a slightly looser (easier to put on) fit.
