Measure the circumference of your knee at the center of your kneecap. Match that number to our size chart on the product page. When in doubt, size down — sleeves should be tight. A sleeve that's too loose won't give you the compression and support you need on the platform.
7mm sleeves provide significantly more compression, warmth retention, and rebound assistance than 5mm. For competitive powerlifting — especially in meets — 7mm is the standard. 5mm is better for general strength training where you want support without maximum restriction.
